On-Site Facilitated Group Program


The Group Facilitated Program is a format in which a participant attends the program with a group of approximately 20 tobacco users. They meet and watch the DVDs together as the Facilitator guides the participants through the process.

  • Historically, more than 90% of people who start the group program complete it (12 hours).
  • Of the people reached, the quit rate has been about 52%. Another 42% of those reached have reduced their tobacco use. Thus, 94% have either quit or reduced!
  • On average, the participants' motivation to quit (on a scale of 1-10) starts at a 6 and by the end of the program is a 9.7!
  • Participant evaluations demonstrate extremely high satisfaction rates (95%) for the program
  • Demand for the group program spreads organically, that is, by word of mouth. Tobacco users are very impressed with program and hey recommend it to their family and friends. Many referrals also come from the medical community. Providers are very appreciative of having a resource to send their tobacco users to.



On-Site Facilitated Individual Coaching

The Individual Facilitated Program is a format in which a participant agrees to watch the DVD set, at home or work, and then they are coached and supported by the Facilitator on an individual basis.

  • Nearly everyone who starts the program completed the 8-hour DVD.
  • Of the people reached (nearly everybody), the quit rate has been above 80%.
  • On average, participants' motivation to quit (on a scale from 1-10) starts at a 6 and by the end of the program, it is a 9.7!
  • Participant evaluations demonstrate extremely high satisfaction rates (95%) for the program
  • The employees are also letting the Facilitator know that the DVD at home has created a positive effect in the employees' home. The Facilitator states "It would be hard to accurately determine success because of the amazing trickledown effect of this program. I get these wonderful reports all the time of sons or daughters, spouses, even parents who are touched by the example of the great people who have overcome this tremendous challenge.
